    Main application. Protection against penetrating moisture, frost and weather. Lasts 5 to 15 years.

    Facing masonry

    Protection for facing masonry on homes and commercial buildings. Breathable, no film forming.

    Also suitable for thin brick slips mounted as cladding on external wall insulation systems.

    Prevents salt efflorescence by stopping water from entering and evaporating.

02 · How it works

Water repellency deep in the brick.

The silane/siloxane micro-emulsion penetrates the brick and reacts with the mineral structure. The pores are lined to repel water but stay open. Water vapour still escapes, no moisture build-up, no frost spalling.

03 · Application

Five-step protocol.

Reproducible results through a standardised process. No special tools required.

  1. 01

    Check the substrate

    The brick must be dry, clean and sound. Repair loose joints beforehand.

  2. 02

    Clean

    Remove algae and moss first. Wash off dirt with low pressure. Use a moss and algae remover for heavier growth.

  3. 03

    Let it dry

    Allow at least 24 to 48 hours of drying after cleaning. Do not skip a moisture check.

  4. 04

    Apply the sealer

    Apply generously top to bottom with brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer, wet-on-wet until the brick stops absorbing.

  5. 05

    Let it cure

    Full cure after 24 hours. Protect from rain. First effect visible immediately, water beads up.

Your questions, answered.

Q01 How long does the brick sealer last? +

Our premium sealer lasts around 5 to 15 years. The exact duration depends on mechanical load (e.g. on floor surfaces) and the specific weather exposure at your location. Because it bonds chemically with the substrate, the protection does not flake off.

Q02 Does the sealer change the appearance? +

No, the sealer is completely invisible. Unlike conventional film-forming sealers it forms no glossy film. The natural feel and look of the brick is preserved 100 percent.

Q03 Can I apply it myself? +

Yes, it is designed for professional users and DIY projects alike. The product is easily applied with a standard paint roller or a pump sprayer, evenly onto the dry, clean facade.

Q04 How much do I need? +

Consumption is between 100 and 250 ml/m² depending on how absorbent the substrate is. On very porous brick we recommend a test on an inconspicuous area to determine the exact amount.

Q05 Is it frost-resistant? +

Absolutely. The sealer even actively protects the brick against frost damage. Because water can no longer enter the pores, the risk of spalling from freezing water in winter is massively reduced.

Q06 Can the facade still breathe? +

Yes, our product is 100 percent vapour-permeable. Water vapour from inside the building can still escape freely to the outside, while liquid water is blocked from the outside. A healthy indoor climate is guaranteed.
